You’ve read the books. Listened to the podcasts.
Maybe taken the courses and done years of personal growth work.
You understand yourself better than you used to.
And still...
You replay conversations in your head.
You feel guilty when you say no.
Someone else is upset, and you immediately wonder what you did wrong.
You know you need rest, but slowing down feels uncomfortable.
You recognize an old pattern and think, Why am I still doing this?
You’ve learned so much.
So why aren’t things better?
You may not be missing anything.
There may simply be more to understand.
That’s where The Transforming Force begins.
Imagine someone being disappointed with you without immediately
assuming you’ve done something wrong.
Imagine saying no without spending the rest of the day explaining
to yourself why you were allowed to say it.
Imagine noticing an old pattern without thinking you’ve failed.
Imagine being able to say:
I need some time.
I don’t know yet.
This doesn’t feel right for me.
I can love you and disagree with you.
The goal isn’t a life where nothing difficult happens.
It’s having greater capacity to live your actual life
with peace, joy and love, even when life gets complicated.
The Transforming Force is a monthly membership for women
who want to understand what keeps showing up in their lives
and begin creating room for something different.
Each month, we explore one meaningful theme together over four weeks.
You’ll receive:
A weekly video/audio teaching
A companion experience to help you bring the teaching into your own life
A weekly Sacred Spark, an experiential or spiritual practice
A weekly Love Note from me
Three Wisdom Texts throughout the week
A monthly Live Gathering
A monthly reflection
But this is not another program to keep up with.
You cannot fall behind.
Use what serves you. Return to what you need. Let the rest wait.
Maybe you notice yourself before the automatic yes comes out of your mouth.
Maybe you catch the spiral after a difficult conversation sooner.
Maybe you stop assuming someone else’s disappointment means you did something wrong.
Maybe you recognize something that hurts without immediately explaining it away.
Maybe you begin to see the difference between something you genuinely choose and something you feel you have to do.
Maybe you start hearing your own voice a little more clearly.
These may sound like small things.
But small moments like these can change the way you participate in your own life.
I know what it is like to be capable, responsible and
functioning on the outside while something inside is saying:
I can’t keep doing this.
I spent years learning, achieving and pushing through.
Until eventually I couldn’t.
My own healing changed the questions I was asking.
I became less interested in how to make myself do life better
and more curious about what was underneath the way I had learned to live.
That curiosity changed my life.
After thousands of hours working alongside women,
I began seeing versions of the same struggle.
Women who were smart, capable and self-aware.
Women who had already done a tremendous amount of work on themselves.
And women who were still hurting.
Still repeating things they didn’t understand.
Still carrying more than they realized.
Still wondering why knowing better didn’t always make living differently any easier.
I created The Transforming Force because I wanted a place
where we could explore those questions without judgment,
pressure or someone else deciding what the answer should be.
A place where understanding could gradually become something you live.
You’ve done personal growth work, but certain patterns keep showing up.
You’re tired of trying harder.
You spend more time thinking about how everyone else feels than
noticing what is happening inside you.
You want to understand yourself instead of judging yourself.
You want to trust your own voice and choices more.
You want room for both practical understanding and spiritual exploration.
And somewhere inside, you know you want more than simply getting through your life.
You want to live it.
No long-term contract. Cancel anytime.
You don’t need to know exactly what needs to change.
You don’t need to arrive “ready.”
You can begin by becoming curious about what is happening now.
And you don’t have to do that alone.
I’d love to welcome you inside.
